It was December 31st, and you were just out partying with a few friends. And then you saw someone you were convinced was the most attractive person alive. His shock of white hair and ruby eyes near made you woozy. He was awesome. There was no other word for it. You divulged your thoughts to your friends, and they urged you to talk to him. Emboldened by their presence and the party's uplifting atmosphere, you walked up to him. Once again you were encouraged when his eyes fell on you and stayed, not straying to your friends. You said to him quickly, "Your eyes- they're awesome!"

"Ja?" he said in surprise.

You nodded seriously, "Your hair's awesome too!"

"Really, mein frau? I'm glad you zhink so too." The guy looked a little startled, and it had to be the most adorable thing you'd ever seen.

You smirked. "Unbelievable. Your accent's awesome too."

He grinned, "So you like zhe awesome me?" You nodded. "My friends seem to have taken a liking to yours asvell." he said, looking around.

You turned, seeing your two friends picked off, the first with a blond haired blue eyed man, and the second with a brunette who had emerald eyes. "So they have. Seems like they had to settle, knowing your not available."

His eyes lit up, "Do you vant to do hang out vith me..."

"_____." you said, shaking his hand. His grip was strong, and yet inviting.

He nodded, "I am zhe awesome Gilbert, but you can call me Gil."

"Okay, Gil." you smiled.

Gil looked back into your (e/c) eyes with a look so intense that it almost scared you, but at the same time you were completely exhilarated. This could be a lot of fun. He said, "So, you vant to hang vith me for zhe night?"

"As long as you keep talking with that sexy accent." you said, still grinning widely at him.

He slipped an arm around you, whispering in your ear, "Zhat can be arranged. It is New Years Eve, vhy not have a little fun?"

You walked along with him. Everything about him seemed awesome, so much you could barely stand it. Well, you could, but you almost swooned under his touch. To think of it, him saying 'swoon'... Excuse you while you attend to that nosebleed there.

But you had finally found someone worth kissing when the ball dropped!
